Examine ways to create an effective writing classroom which will enthuse and support children in Key Stage 2 and raise achievement. The course will explore important aspects of the classroom literacy environment and key routines for writing including spelling and presentation. We will consider the important contribution made by quality texts and the use of creative approaches in preparing for writing.
