Guided in the right direction

Inspirational training today from Sarah at clpe covering theory, the organisation of reading activities and practical implementation of guided reading across Key Stages 1 and 2. The subject matter was exactly what I was looking for in the course I booked; highly relevant, engaging and packed with useful ideas for the classroom. It helped having a room of engaged, interested teachers, but even without, this course should be a requirement for trainee teachers and subject leaders alike. Unique number: 10

Being a teacher

Hi, I think that itīs very difficult to rank some course or something in general. I enjoyed a lot my experience with this course, even though Iīm a researcher and professor who researches about reading. However, I taught for children many years ago. The most interesting thing to me, in this course, was the contact with teachers. I know that you, Sarah, did your best, and I really thank you for this, but I suggest, if itīs possible, to create, the next time, the possibility for us to talk more and to discuss our ideas about reading and education. In my opinion, it will be really helpful and interesting. Regards Rosane de Bastos Pereira
